School Safety
FortifyFL
The FortifyFL app is a tool for reporting suspicious activity, enabling anyone to quickly share information with law enforcement and school officials. Students, staff, families, and community members can use the app to anonymously and easily report concerns related to school safety.
Developed under the direction of the Florida Legislature through the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act, this app plays a vital role in ensuring that all schools in Florida remain safe environments. It allows students and educators to focus on learning and teaching without fear.
When a report is submitted, the app directs the information to school threat assessment teams, including the school's assigned resource officer. In urgent cases, such as a student being seen placing a gun in a backpack, tips may be sent directly to 911.
We strongly encourage our families, students, and employees to download the FortifyFL app. It is available on both the App Store and Google Play for easy access.

In all other circumstances, unless the reporting party has chosen to disclose his or her identity, the report will remain anonymous.
